Weather conditions affect your stress level?

For some, the weather outside can make them feel more stress than they would normally. They may feel like they can not be motivated and they feel that everything is problematic is ten times more stressful than it could on a sunny day. If none of these people, you're not alone. There are medical conditions that could be making you more vulnerable to stress if the weather is bad. But there are many ways you can correct these conditions and states of being. You do not feel stressed each time that you have read the weather forecast.
